    Hey Ian,

Thanks for all the great info. I seemed to have only received Day 1, 4 and 8 and not sure what happened to the other days? I did check my spam email folder but nothing there either. Also, do you have a sample cover letter you can share? And finally, I checked out Betts Recruiting after seeing them listed on one of your documents. I’m based in LA and looking for an account manager position. Do you like working with them? I was laid off 2 months ago after working for a SaaS/Accounting software company for 2.5 years. I’m now in search of the “right’ opportunity but don’t want to be out of the job market any longer if at all possible.

Guys my first post/reply I hope to learn a bunch and share what I can. I am using Microsoft Office 365 for everyone on the team along with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I then added Click Dimensions (CD) and I am still learning all the tricks that we can do!

We are using the Click Dimensions piece for our email marketing, newsletters, press releases, etc. Having the MS CRM sync with MS O365 and work with CD seamlessly is pretty tight.
